You don't need
motivation.
You need to come
back tomorrow.

Pana Rabbit is a fifteen-minute daily companion for people who already know how to exercise and still stop doing it. One rabbit, one trail, one day at a time.

The problem

Nobody quits because the workout was too hard.

They quit because on day four nobody noticed whether they showed up. Fitness apps optimize the session — reps, splits, heart rate. The thing that actually breaks is coming back, and almost nothing in the category is built for that.

Day 4 Where plans die The first missed day is the whole game. Most apps respond by resetting a counter to zero.
6 months And half are gone Roughly half of people who start an exercise routine stop within the first six months. The pattern is decades old.
15 min All we ask for A dose small enough that no bad day is an excuse, and honest enough to still count as training.
How it works

Three things happen every day. That's the whole product.

1

Pana is waiting

You pick a time once. At that hour he is up and on the trail, and the home screen has exactly one thing to do.

2

Fifteen minutes, five moves

No equipment, no programming decisions. On a heavy day the five-minute version still counts as showing up.

3

You seal the day

Hold the stone until it seals. Your total days go up by one, the trail grows a paw print, and nothing can take it back.

There is no streak to break. We count total days trained, which only ever goes up — so a bad week costs you nothing you already earned.

The forest

Every day you show up is a stone on a trail you can walk back through.

Six zones, each with its own landmark and its own reward. Progress is a place you can see, not a number in a table — and the road ahead is visible from day one.

Your Pana

He has energy, not opinions about you.

Pana's state tracks your movement, and it reads as energy and sleep — never illness, never guilt. When you stop coming he curls up in the grass. When you come back he is up before you finish opening the app.

Earned, not bought

Thirty pieces of clothing. None of them for sale.

Every outfit unlocks on a specific day of the trail. They are the only reward in the app, they cost nothing, and they are proof of days you actually walked — which is exactly why people keep coming back for them.

{{ o.day }}
The first twenty pieces, in order of the days they open. Ten more wait past day 60.
Private beta · 12 weeks

The people who stopped, didn't.

218 people in a closed beta, all of them recruited from one filter: they had started and quit an exercise plan at least twice before.
