By using Pana Rabbit you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
You must be 13 or older. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission.
Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else got in.
Messages, your display name, and your rabbit's name are yours, and you're responsible for them. Don't send anything that harasses, threatens, insults, sexualizes, or spams another person — and don't use the app to advertise or to move people onto other platforms.
We filter obvious cases automatically, and anyone can report or block anyone else. Reports go to us. If we find content that breaks these rules, we may remove it and suspend or terminate the account behind it, without notice in serious cases.
You give us permission to store and deliver what you write, only so the app can work.
If you block someone, they leave your circle and can't reach you. They are not told. You can undo it in Settings, but the friendship isn't restored — you'd both have to add each other again.
The app is free today. If we ever charge for anything, purchases go through Apple's or Google's billing, their refund rules apply, and we'll tell you the price and terms clearly before you pay.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings, or from the web. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
The app is provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be available, bug-free, or that it will make you fitter. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us — which today is nothing.
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the app means you accept the new version.
