Pana Rabbit
Pana Rabbit is a fifteen-minute daily companion for people who already know how to exercise and still stop doing it. One rabbit, one trail, one day at a time.

They quit because on day four nobody noticed whether they showed up. Fitness apps optimize the session — reps, splits, heart rate. The thing that actually breaks is coming back, and almost nothing in the category is built for that.
You pick a time once. At that hour he is up and on the trail, and the home screen has exactly one thing to do.
No equipment, no programming decisions. On a heavy day the five-minute version still counts as showing up.
Hold the stone until it seals. Your total days go up by one, the trail grows a paw print, and nothing can take it back.
There is no streak to break. We count total days trained, which only ever goes up — so a bad week costs you nothing you already earned.
Six zones, each with its own landmark and its own reward. Progress is a place you can see, not a number in a table — and the road ahead is visible from day one.
Pana's state tracks your movement, and it reads as energy and sleep — never illness, never guilt. When you stop coming he curls up in the grass. When you come back he is up before you finish opening the app.
Every outfit unlocks on a specific day of the trail. They are the only reward in the app, they cost nothing, and they are proof of days you actually walked — which is exactly why people keep coming back for them.
218 people in a closed beta, all of them recruited from one filter: they had started and quit an exercise plan at least twice before.

We open a new cohort every month and keep it small enough to talk to everyone in it.
